DESIGN EXCELLENCE FROM CONCEPT TO CONSTRUCTION
Recognizing the need for a healthy, environmentally friendly apartment design,
Communitas, a local housing development consulting firm, took it upon itself to gather a
team of experts. The project design team:
- The Communitas Group
- GKO Architecture and Engineering
- Ron Seepish Studios (Mechanical Engineer)
- Read Jones Christophersen (Structural Engineer)
- Graham Construction and Engineering Ltd. (Contractor)
- TWS Engineering (Electrical Engineer)
Together we have created a design that is elegant, pleasant, user friendly, cost
effective, and equivalent to the energy efficiency and quality of an R-2000 home.
This "green" design provides its occupants with a healthy home that is
over 50% more energy efficient than conventional apartments.
