** All internal suite walls are non-load bearing, and can be moved or removed to accommodate personal design preferences.

	Suite 'A' has three prepared floor plans^ to choose from. 'A' suites are all 1605 SQ. FT. and are on the West side of the building with a south river view. Common Facilities	Grandin Green has taken a unique approach to the common facilities. We have placed them on the top floor so that everyone can enjoy the breathtaking valley view from the best vantage. Common facilities include a party room with kitchen, fitness facilities, office, and guest suite.

Site Plan	Ground floor facilities and yard space include a landscaped patio and guest parking stalls. First floor suites also have private yard space on the south side of the building.
